Hello everyone! We did it! We are in the last stretch of the school semester. This week is our last week of the whole year and this unprecedented semester 2020. Thank you so much to all of you who continued to work diligently throughout our time with online learning. CONGRATULATIONS to all of you who received and a Student Recognition on Monday. Certificates will be available for pick up next week. I will send a remind to those of you who received one with the exact day for pickup. Please let me know if I am missing anything for you. I’ve been keeping up with your grades, but I want to make sure I’m not missing past grades. Please check your e-mails from me first because I might have sent you back an e-mail to improve your grade before putting it in the gradebook to avoid negative impact in your grade. For us teachers, grades are due Wednesday morning so anything that you send after Tuesday at 11:59 will not count. SUMMER KEEP UP! This year, summer should look a little different for all of us since the whole World have been changing. As you can, separate a day or so from your week to keep up with reading or learn something new so that you don't feel so out of practice next school year. Some of you have not done any schoolwork since March, and will likely be a little bit behind because of this. Remember what I always say: "our brain is like a muscle that improves with training." You can get better at all kinds of skills, it is up to you. It has been a pleasure being your teacher this semester (a year for some of you). I hope we could have finish this semester at school however, I am thankful for all the hard work you still put in. When you are back next school year, please look for me when you can to say hello. I would love to see you. Stay safe and healthy. Love you all, Ms. Sanchez Open the document to read this week's magazine from our school counselor, Mrs. Grannis.
